Our goal is to maximize your health with the collaboration between practitioner and patient. At the clinic, patient is expect:

• Receive competent compassionate care that does not discriminate.

• Information related to your care will be handled confidentially.

• Participate in decisions regarding your treatment and questions you have. Patient can refuse any treatment recommended at any time.

• Reasonable safety with regard to the scope of Chinese medicine.

• Receive access to your clinical file, with written permission from you, except as required or permitted by law.

• Receive an explanation of your bill.

As a patient, you are asked to:

• Provide your practitioner with accurate details about your health including medical history and changes in conditions.

• Maintain a primary care physician.

• Follow appointment and office policy.

• Follow the treatment plan suggested by practitioner.

• Not come for treatment under the influence of non-prescribed drugs or alcohol.  

• Minors who are patients must have parental or guardian consent. 

• Understand your financial responsibilities related to your treatment.
